Most merchandise can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). . Please note bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund. .

Preparing Your Return by Mail
- Contact costumer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1 (800)385-7891 and request a returns number
- Pack the item carefully in the original packaging. Include the return number provided by customer service
- Affix a new shipping label over the top of the original shipping label and send. Keep a copy of the tracking number on this label for future reference.
